Q: What skill level do I need to follow your patterns or kits?

A: Each pattern is labeled with a skill level—Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced. We also include detailed stitch guides and photos to help every step of the way. Our kits are intended for all skill levels as well, but beginners may find them more accessible because the tools and yarn are always included.

Q: Are your patterns written in US or UK terms?

A: All of our patterns are written in US crochet terminology.

Q: Can I sell items made from your patterns?

A: Yes! You are welcome to sell finished items made from our patterns and kits, we ask that you credit our patterns as a source and link our website. our patterns and kits are NOT available for resale, but you are welcome to sell finished products.

Digital Downloads

Q: How do I receive my crochet pattern after purchase?

A: Patterns are available instantly via email and a download link on the confirmation page. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Q: Can I get a printed copy of the pattern?

A: Currently, we only offer digital PDF downloads. You can print them at home for personal use, or purchase our kits which include a printed pattern.

Q: I lost my pattern file—can I re-download it?

A: Of course! Email us at [support@example.com] with your order number or email address, and we’ll resend your download link.

Yarn & Materials

Q: What kind of yarn should I use for your patterns?

A: Each pattern includes the name of the yarn used to create the example product on our page. You are welcome to change yarn weight, material, and color but this may not give you the same completed product you find on our website.

Q: Do your kits come with everything I need?

A: Yes! Our kits include everything you need to make the pattern. We do not ship basic items that most people have, like scissors, but everything else is included. You can find a complete list of included products by checking the kits page.

Q: Can I substitute the yarn in the pattern with my own?

A: Yes, but be sure to match the yarn weight and/or check your gauge with a test swatch for the best results.

Troubleshooting & Support

Q: I'm stuck on a step—can you help?

A: Absolutely! Our patterns include stitch guides in picture form, but if these aren't enough you can find example videos of most of our stitches on the Guides page.

Q: The pattern seems unclear or confusing. What should I do?

A: Please let us know! We continuously update patterns based on feedback. Reach out and we’ll clarify and revise the pattern for future users!

Q: Do you offer video tutorials?

A: Not currently, but if our pattern pictures don't provide enough information you can head over to the Guides page for more in-depth videos on various stitches.

Orders & Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location but typically take 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Q: Can I return a crochet kit?

A: Unopened/Unused kits can be returned. We will not refund returned kits if the yarn has been used, tampered with, or the seal has been removed. Pre-used yarn is harder to work with, so if you decide you want to go with a different product from our website, return the kit in its original state.
